The project is the first private life project designed by taking into account the changing housing demands with the pandemic. In the project, which appeals to the wide housing demand that has come to the fore in the post-pandemic process, large house options specially designed for families attract attention. The Project, which has been carefully planned in accordance with today's needs, as well as the terrace or garden, as well as private spacious areas inside the house, stands out with its design suitable for those who prefer a large house and a large family life. It differs from its counterparts with its wide terraces, wide balconies and gardens.
The Developing Demands and Needs for Healthy Living have also been taken into account in the project. All Residences Have Wide Balconies Designed to Make Maximum Use of the Sun and to Take Vitamin D Inside the House. One of the firsts in the project is the “Balcony Gardens”, which are designed at a depth of 3 meters, allowing the flat owners to grow their own vegetables and fruits. In addition, 3 groves as Sun, Moon and Star were designed in the project.
