About the project;
The Project to be built on the old Bahariye Site in Eyüp, the Center of Istanbul, is being implemented as an Urban Transformation Project. The Project, which will be located on 20 thousand 800 square meters of land, will consist of 27 8-storey blocks. There are 593 Independent Houses in the Project. There are 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 and 5+1 Housing Types in the Project.
Indoor Swimming Pool and Fitness Center will be put into service as social facilities in the project. Under each of the blocks to be included in the project, there will be a covered car park where the residents of the flats can park their vehicles.
